Refund Policy – Next Step Services

Due to the personalised nature of services provided, refunds are limited.

• CV writing, CV reviews, and minor edits:
  Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

• Job application and grant application services:
  If a client withdraws before work begins, the upfront payment may be refunded.
  Once work has commenced, payments are non-refundable.

Refunds are not provided based on unsuccessful job or funding outcomes.
