Refund & Cancellation Policy
Next Step Services Ltd
Due to the bespoke, consultancy-based and time-allocated nature of services provided, engagements are delivered on a personalised basis. As such, refund eligibility is limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.
1. Cancellation Prior to Commencement
Clients may cancel an engagement within 48 hours of payment, provided no substantive work has commenced and no consultation has taken place. In such cases, a refund may be issued, less any administrative or transaction fees where applicable.
2. Commencement of Services
Work is considered to have commenced once any of the following has occurred:

Initial consultation or strategic discussion

Review of documentation

Drafting, structuring or editing of materials

Research, needs analysis or competency alignment

Development of frameworks, budgets or governance documentation
Once substantive work has commenced, fees are non-refundable.
3. Deposits & Staged Payments
Where projects involve staged payments or deposits (including grant and governance projects), deposits secure time allocation and are non-refundable once the project has commenced.
4. Outcome Disclaimer
Next Step Services Ltd provides structured professional support designed to strengthen positioning, clarity and submission quality. However, final recruitment, panel placement, interview or funding decisions remain the responsibility of the awarding body or employer.
Refunds are not provided on the basis of unsuccessful job, interview or funding outcomes.
