Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all engagements with Next Step Services Ltd. By commissioning services, the client agrees to the terms outlined below.

1. Services

​

Next Step Services Ltd provides structured professional consultancy including:

• Strategic Career Positioning (CV and cover letter development)

• Application & Interview Preparation

• Grant & Funding Application Strategy

• Compliance, Governance & Advisory Support

All services are delivered based on information provided by the client and through professional judgement, sectoral experience and structured methodology.

Next Step Services Ltd does not guarantee job offers, interview invitations, panel placement, funding approval or third-party decisions. Final outcomes remain solely at the discretion of employers, funders or awarding bodies.

2. Payments

​

Strategic Career Positioning (CV Services)

​

100% payment is required in advance of commencement.

​

Application & Interview Preparation

50% payment is required in advance, with the remaining 50% payable upon completion and prior to final delivery.

​

Grant, Governance & Advisory Projects

Payment structures (including deposits or staged payments) will be agreed in writing prior to commencement.

Work will not commence until the required upfront payment has been received.

All invoices must be paid within the agreed timeframe. Final documentation will not be released until full payment has been received.

3. Client Responsibilities

​

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete and truthful information

• Supplying documentation within agreed timelines

• Reviewing drafts in a timely manner

• Ensuring final submitted materials reflect their own experience and are factually correct

Delays in receiving required information may impact agreed delivery timelines.

4. Revisions

​

Reasonable revisions are included as outlined within the agreed service scope.

Revision requests must be made within 7 calendar days of draft delivery unless otherwise agreed. Revisions outside the agreed scope or timeframe may incur additional fees.

5. Intellectual Property

​

All materials, frameworks, templates and structured methodologies developed by Next Step Services Ltd remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Final client documents may be used by the client for their intended professional purpose but may not be reproduced, resold or redistributed commercially.

6. Limitation of Liability

​

Next Step Services Ltd provides professional advisory and document development services only.

The company is not liable for:

• Employment or recruitment decisions

• Funding determinations

• Actions taken by third parties

• Client use or modification of documents after final delivery

Liability is limited to the value of fees paid for the specific engagement.

7. Governing Law

​

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.
