Terms & Conditions – Next Step Services

Next Step Services provides professional support services including CV writing, CV reviews, cover letters, job application support, and grant application assistance.

By engaging with Next Step Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services

All services are provided based on information supplied by the client. Next Step Services cannot guarantee job offers, interview invitations, or funding outcomes, as final decisions rest with employers and funders.

Payments

• CV writing, CV reviews, and minor edits: 100% payment required in advance

• Job application support and grant applications: 50% payment required in advance, with the remaining 50% payable upon completion and prior to final delivery

Work will not commence until the required upfront payment has been received.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information. Delays in receiving information may impact delivery timelines.

Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included as outlined in the service description. Revisions must be requested within an agreed timeframe.

Limitation of Liability

Next Step Services is not responsible for outcomes related to employment, funding decisions, or third-party actions.
