All services provided by Next Step Services Ltd are classified as bespoke, digital consultancy services.

Services are delivered electronically unless otherwise agreed in writing. No physical products are supplied.

By commissioning services, clients acknowledge that they are purchasing a customised digital service developed specifically to their individual or organisational requirements.

Due to the personalised and time-allocated nature of digital consultancy services, statutory cancellation rights may no longer apply once performance of the service has commenced with the client’s consent.

 

CV & Application Services Policy

Document Development

All CVs, cover letters and application materials are developed or reviewed based on information provided by the client.

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information

• Reviewing draft materials carefully

• Verifying factual accuracy prior to submission

Final documents will be delivered in the agreed digital format (e.g. Microsoft Word or PDF).

 

Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included within the agreed scope of service.

Revisions:

• Must be requested within 7 calendar days of draft delivery

• Must relate to clarification, refinement or minor restructuring

• Do not include full rewrites unless agreed in advance

Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur further charges.

Turnaround Times

​

Indicative turnaround times are provided at the point of engagement.

Delivery timelines are dependent on:

• Timely provision of required information

• Client responsiveness to draft reviews

• Scope complexity

Delays in communication may extend agreed timelines.

Payment Policy

100% payment is required in advance of commencement.

Application & Interview Preparation

Grant & Funding Application Strategy

​

50% payment is required upfront, with the remaining balance payable upon completion and prior to final document release.

Advisory & Consultancy Projects

​

Deposits or staged payments will be agreed in writing prior to commencement.

Work will not commence until the required upfront payment has been received.

Final documentation will not be released until full payment has been received.

Payments are processed securely through online payment or via agreed invoicing arrangements.
